This type of bag has a special anti-slip texture and prevents the bag’s contents from slipping when putting a large number of filled bags on each other in large warehouses.

UV-resistant bags

Depending on the customer’s order, by adding special materials in the production of bag’s yarn, these bags can be resistant to sunlight for 200 to 1600 hours.

Colorless and transparent bags

The contents inside these bags are visible and can be used in the packaging of bulk products and also packaging of other products.

Types of polypropylene (PP) sewing bags in terms of sewing and number of layers

Also, according to the type of sewing and the number of their layers, polypropylene (PP) sewing bags can be classified into the following three groups:

One side open, bottom-closed bags

In these bags, ordinary or laminated rolls are used, and given the bag’s length which is determined by the buyer, the cutting and sewing operations are done by the machine at the bottom of the bag. These types of bags are used for packaging flour, beans, and other agricultural products.

Valved, bottom-sewed bags

In these bags, after cutting and sewing at the bag’s bottom, supplementary operations are performed by manpower at the top of the bag, and by creating an opening or a valve at the top of the bags, a kind of bagis created that is widely used in the gypsum and cement industries.

Tow-layered bags

These bags are similar to one side open, bottom-closed bags except that they have an empty layer of PE, which is sewn at the bottom of the bag and in most cases is edged based on the buyer’s request and two layers are connected to each other at the top. The nylon layer added inside these types of bags protects the bag’s contents from external factors such as moisture, makes the bag stronger, and prevents the bag’s contents from falling out. Therefore, they are used for packaging sugar, chemical fertilizers and petrochemical products in which the material must be protected from moisture.
