What is laminate?

Laminate (laminated bag) is a cover protective layer that is stretched on the fabric used to produce jumbo bags and different types of bags(laminated bags). At the time of sewing the bag, the laminated surface is placed inside the bag and prevents moisture penetration into the bag. Note that laminate (laminated bag) prevents moisture penetration and does not make the bag (laminated bag) waterproof. If more prohibition of moisture is considered, using a polyethylene (nylon) layer inside the bag (laminated bag)is usually recommended, although the protective polyethylene layer (laminated bag) does not protect the bag and its contents 100 from moisture. Types of laminated Polypropylene (PP) bags

Two-layered bags (embroidered nylon layer)

These bags are similar to one side open, bottom-closed bags except that they have an inner layer of nylon. In most cases, the bag’s bottom is edged based on the buyer’s request and two layers are connected to each other at the top. The nylon layer added inside these types of bags protects the bag’s contents from external factors such as moisture, makes the bag stronger, and prevents the bag’s contents from falling out. Therefore, they are used for packaging sugar, chemical fertilizers and petrochemical products in which the material must be protected from moisture. The outer layer is made of PP polypropylene and the inner layer is made of PE polyethylene. The types of nylon inside this type of bag include edges-embroidered and embroidered-bottoms, edges-embroidered two-layered back, edges-embroidered with nylon bottom-embroidered and seamless layer-stitching, and are used in different industries where the moisture should not penetrate into the bag and bag and also the moisture of the product inside the bag should not come out.

Waterproof and Sunproof compressed bag

These types of bags are produced from 1 meter to 20.4 cm width, with variable length, and according to the customer’s order. Waterproof and sunproof compressed bags are produced in white, gray, graft, striped, and according to the customer’s request. The weight of waterproof and sunproof compressed bag varies from 130 to 250 grams per square meter. The ingredients of this bag are polypropylene (P.P) and polyethylene (PE), and are waterproof and sunproof.

Waterproof and sunproof foreign bag

The width of this type of bags is from 4 to 12 meters and its length is from 40 to 75 meters (proportional to the width of the requested roll). Waterproof and sunproof foreign bags are available in blue, silver, orange, black, green, and white. The weight of these bags varies from 130 to 200 grams per square meter. The constituents of waterproof and sunproof foreign bags are polyethylene (P.E) + polypropylene (P.P), and are waterproof and sunproof.
